Find out all the accommodation facilities in Parambikulam,    which was declared a tiger sanctuary in 2009. The most beautiful accommodation in Parambikulam, or indeed Kerala, is in the house. Parambikulam is home to an island in the water body. The charm of spending a solitary stay in a well-enclosed house surrounded by bamboo and sandalwood. Paddle a bamboo raft with your loved ones to the island where elephants swim. Fall asleep listening only to the sounds of the forest at night. Don’t you feel like leaving when you know that you will reach here by rowing a raft for one and a half hours?

Stay at TENT

You can spend the night in these tents on a nice green lawn under the big trees. Deer and peacock are regular visitors to these places. Tent package includes food and jungle safari. A family can’t get such a good facility to live safely in the forest. These tents are suitable for children to roam around, observe wild animals and birds, and for adults to indulge in reading and writing undisturbed.

If you want more privacy, you can opt for the treetop loft. On the way to Thunakadav Dam, a quaint hut has been arranged above the teak trees next to the water body. From the balcony you can see the calm water. If you wait, you can hear the music of the forest. This hut is inhabited.

There is also a small island for you. That is Peruvari Island Nest. It takes half an hour to paddle there. It is attractive that it is only six thousand rupees for four people. Walking along the bamboo walkway from the island and enjoying the beauty of the water in the evening is an unforgettable experience.

Bamboo rafts are used for boating here as long straight water rafts made of large bamboos and mechanized boats pollute the water body. Let’s travel with four oarsmen soaking up the beauty of the forest. In the distance, you can see the small ponds that sink and float during the rainy season. Looking out from the raft, the lush green meadows, small hills, and the snow-covered mountains below were beautiful sights.

There are no signs of God’s Own Country or concrete heritage complexes to beckon tourists. All there is is the smoke of the fog, the cold wind blowing, the lush green to feast the eyes and the shade of the big trees. Therefore, the forest has no sky in many places. But once in a while on a secluded island and tents where peacocks and deer are in sight.

We make your trip memorable…
